All meat used in the manufacturing of products on this premises, is 100% Irish,  sourced locally from Tynan Family Butchers of Mount Street, Mullingar, Co Westmeath.  Approval no for slaughterhouse & cutting plant:  IRELAND2688EC

All other ingredients used are within the EU & FSAI regulatory standards.

Biltong produced on this premises should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, keep in freezer and consume within 5–7 days.
Product may also be stored frozen to maintain freshness.

Ingredients:  Irish Beef, Salt, Spices, Herb & Spice Extracts, Flavouring, Sodium Metabisulphite (Preservative), Dextrose, Coriander, Onion (irradiated), Sodium Erythorbate, Vegetable Oil.
